We all need our body and mind to function properly to be able be good at what we do and be in peak mind and body for STEM exploration. So, to help us be optimal as students, parents, professionals and caregivers, join our Explorium Educator and owner of PlayLab's, Erika, for this fascinating program that looks to help you unlock some Zen.
ZEN ZONE is a live and online 45 minute class using creative problem solving, breathwork, visualization, movement, and the arts. In this program, we will piece together how to make a stress-free nook in your home or workspace that's customized to what calms you down.
Geared towards children and adults of all ages. Ideal for kids above 7+.
December 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th
7:00pm-7:45pm, $10 per session or $35 for all 4 sessions!
Once enrolled, these are the materials needed:
- an empty space as long as your body and as wide as your arms
- a sketch pad or notebook
- drawing materials
- a yoga mat or towel
- a pillow and a blanket
- *optional: essential oil diffuser, fairy lights, music or sound machine
