Kick off the New Year with an exciting morning celebration at the Long Island Explorium! Why wait until midnight when you can ring in the New Year early with our Noon Year’s Eve - Countdown to Noon Celebration! This special event is designed for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade, along with their parents, for a fun-filled, creative, and unforgettable New Year’s Eve party.
What to Expect:

Party Poppers & Noisemakers
Your child will design and create their own noisemakers and party poppers, bursting with color and imagination! This hands-on activity allows kids to engineer their own celebration tools, adding a personal touch to the fun. When the clock strikes noon, get ready for an explosion of joy, laughter, and excitement! -
Play Time
After crafting, enjoy private access to the Explorium’s exhibits with free play time. Our museum will be closed to the public, creating a special, exclusive experience for Noon Year’s Eve guests to explore, learn, and have a blast together! -
Pizza & Mocktails
What’s a celebration without food and drinks? Feast on pizza and craft a sparkling mocktail with your child! Together, we’ll raise our glasses for a festive toast as we countdown to noon, cheering in the New Year with style and smiles.
