Come watch as 3D printing meets the thrills of high speed racing. Print One Racing League, founded by A.I. Labs, is a league devoted to racing 100% 3D remote control cars. Their first virtual race will bring veterans and novices together to fight for the Golden Race Car in this inaugural event.

Mythbusters Jr. Co-Host Elijah Horland is a "maker", and was a part of the Maker Faire community for some time before being chosen for his TV show. After starting on the high-altitude-balloon project in this presentation in 2015, Elijah first joined the Make family as a "Street Team" volunteer at World Maker Faire New York City in 2016. It took over four years to develop all of the skills that he needed to finish his balloon project, making dozens of friends and contacts along the way. While studying and learning along the way, Elijah was chosen for the MythBusters Jr. show but never lost sight of the first project that brought him to Maker Faire. Elijah is still building, making and producing his own content for social media and the web. He hopes to produce a Maker Faire in Coney Island one day.

Come meet RoboJango, one of the most Advanced DYI (Do it Yourself) Androids on the planet Earth, and learn what makes him a truly remarkable mod of an In-Moov Android. RoboJango and SurferJim will discuss a short the history of Robotics, and how those earlier pioneers and their inventions laid the building blocks of current Robotics.
What makes a Robot and robot, and an Android a droid? Learn about how RoboJango interacts with the world around him and be enlightened as RoboJango conversates about batteries, servos, and sensors; and introduces some of this robotic companions and tools. Questions and dialog from the audience will be a large part of the session, where you will be able to interact with RoboJango and have him respond and carry out your commands.

PlayLab is a play-based yoga and mindfulness format for kids and families. Erika Andrea, Director and Lead Teacher, has developed a great workshop for staying focused called "BrainBreak". During this event, you'll learn each of our tips and tricks for staying focused on your work, getting inspired to create, and using abstract thinking to find alternative routes.

Walk through the creation of a raw gemstone pendant with Artisan Metalsmith Mary-Jo Peritore of MerCurios Jewelry. Do you have a unique stone or a drool-worthy piece of sea glass but aren't sure what to do with it? Using some basic tools and a little know-how, you can create your own piece right at the kitchen table. This Friend of Maker Faire Long Island will demonstrate the stages of one of her favorite original pieces via a live broadcast from her home. MJ will field questions from workshop attendees while sharing her inspiration and personal journey in the art of metal smithing.

He is here to teach you how to make and craft various things. In this case, Ray is going to teach you how to make junkbots which, as the name suggests, can be made out of most things stored around your house.

A printmaking technique, silk screening is an exciting way to create an image that can be reproduced many times on many different materials. It begins with a permanent image on silk which is then covered with ink that is squished through the silk, leaving behind your image. You can print on paper, fabric, plastic, glass & more!
